This is a safe and confidential space to explore and grow a deeper understanding of self, what has impacted you and who you want to be. This might involve unpacking constructs around gender and sexuality, working through internalised biases (i.e. internalised misogyny or homophobia, preconceived stereotypes etc) that are getting in the way of you living your life or it might be about figuring out who you are after a significant change in life such as a diagnosis or change in role (such as parenthood or a change in relationship or work status).
